We have a number of clients who either use our services to find targets matching certain criteria (Acquisition Search agreement) or have a finder’s agreement with us whereby if we find something which closely matches their acquisition criteria, then we will let them know and they will pay us a success-related fee. This is done on an exclusive basis wherever possible so that they are not bidding against someone else.

Because we concentrate on these sectors, we obviously are well placed to know whether the time is right for someone to sell. We will then inform the client accordingly. Good acquisitions are hard to find and normally come about through good research and timing. They are also not on the market as such, but can be persuaded to listen to the right offer.
